Lifetime Warranty — Leather & Stitching

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Our leather goods are handcrafted using premium full-grain leather and traditional saddle stitching, built to last for generations.

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in leather and stitching.

If a manufacturing defect occurs, the item must be sent to our workshop for inspection and repair. Repairs covered by this warranty are free of charge.

Hardware Warranty

All metal hardware is covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the delivery date.

Original swivel chain connectors are covered by a separate 1-year warranty, including natural wear from everyday use.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal leather aging, patina, scratches, scuffs, or everyday wear and tear.

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper care.

• Cuts, tears, burns, or damage caused by sharp objects.

• Damage caused by excessive moisture, chemicals, or improper cleaning.

• Stitching damaged by external forces, abrasion, or accidental cuts.

Warranty Repairs & Shipping

Warranty Repairs

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to our workshop. Fearless Leather Goods covers the cost of approved warranty repairs and return shipping.

Items Arriving Defective or Incorrect

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all necessary costs to resolve the issue, including shipping.

Damage Not Covered by Warranty

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care is not covered.

If a repair is possible, all repair and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Warranty Eligibility

Our warranty applies to the original purchase only and is not transferable to subsequent owners.

Warranty coverage also applies to items received as gifts, provided the original purchase can be verified.

Please keep your original order number or proof of purchase.

How to Request Warranty Service

If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us with your original order number, a description of the problem, and photos if possible.

Please do not ship any item to our workshop before contacting us.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection.

Nothing in this warranty limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
